Cancellations and Policies
All reservations must be confirmed with a deposit equal to 50% of the total charge for the entire stay upon reservation. All remaining charges are payable 14 days prior to check-in. American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover, cash, personal checks and traveler's checks are all acceptable forms of payment. Personal checks are due 30 days prior to arrival or reservation will not be confirmed. A two-night minimum is required or a 10% surcharge will be added. Holiday periods, July and October will require a three-night to five-night minimum stay. All accommodation rates are for up to four-person occupancy per cabin, extra persons are $25.00 per stay. We also have airbeds for rent for an additional fee of $25.00. Monthly rates are available upon request. Check for reduced seasonal rates and specials! Gift certificates also available upon request.
All tariffs are subject to a 11.75% state and local sales and occupancy tax. Rates are subject to change. We provide clean sheets and towels for our guests upon arrival. For a one week (7 day) stay there is no charge for a one-time towel change, (excluding Fox Hole & Deer Lodge which have a washer/dryer). There is a $30.00 departure cleaning fee on all cabins except the Deer Lodge, which is $50.00 per stay. For weekly stays (7 nights or more) the cleaning fee is $50.00 per cabin per stay except the Deer Lodge, which is $100.00. No gratuity is included in your charges but our housekeeping staff appreciates gratuity for excellent service.
Because of our small size and secluded location Cancellations affect us significantly. The deposit is fully refundable, minus a $75.00 cancellation fee per cabin, if we are notified 30 days in advance of cancellation. If notified 14-29 days in advance of cancellation, a 50% cancellation fee of the total accommodation amount will be charged, if notified less then 14 days, a 100% cancellation fee of the total accommodation amount will be charged. Holiday periods are non refundable under 30 days. We do not provide refund for late arrivals or early departures regardless of the reason. If you are unable to keep your reservation, you are always welcome to send someone else in your place. A guaranteed and confirmed reservation obligates both the guest and The Cabins at Seven Foxes for the entire length of stay reserved.
Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. and check out is 11:00 a.m. – Check in and pick up your package and keys in the black mailbox by the door. Please respect the next scheduled guest by being prompt when departing in order for the housekeeping to come inside and start cleaning the cabin for the next guest. Upon departure, please leave your cabin key on the kitchen table. There will be a $10 lost key fee.
Please no smoking inside cabins – outside only!
Extra Guests - All cabins are set-up to sleep only 4 guests. Extra persons over 4 guests are $25.00 per stay. We also have air beds to rent for an additional $25.00 each, which includes all linens and extra towels. The air bed rental is in addition to the extra guest charge of $25.00. You are welcome to bring in your own air bed if you wish.

Items left behind - we are not responsible for items left in the cabins. If any items are left behind, we will attempt to recover and return them to you. There will be a minimum fee of $15.00 for handling and shipping charges.
Telephones - Telephone is available in each cabin for local calls only. Please bring a telephone prepaid calling card to make long distance calls. Our local area is limited, so calling to Cashiers and some surrounding areas are long distance. Some cell phones do not work in our area, Verizon has the best reception.
TV/VCR usage - Satellite TV is provided with local stations and HBO. Pay-per-view selections are not available. You may also bring videos to use in the VCR’s available in each cabin except in Fox Hole. Each cabin has a small selection of videos in them. Please keep videos in each cabin for all guests to use. All cabins have a DVD player in them and Fox has a small selection of DVD's.
Maintenance and Repairs - If repairs to appliances and other systems in the unit are necessary, they will be done as soon as possible. No discounts or refunds will be given for any malfunction. Seven Foxes reserves the right to enter premises to perform repairs and maintenance.
The Hot Tub in the Deer Lodge is inspected before and after your stay. Any damages or extra cleaning will be charged to the renter.
Upon departure please remember that we take pride in making this your home away from home, so please leave as you came. Leave soiled towels in tub/shower, wash all dishes and put away, and dispose of your inside garbage to the container outside your cabin. Any extra cleaning in cabin, missing items, damaged items or damage to the cabin, damage on outside property or extra cleanup on outside property will be an additional cost to you.

Adult dogs are permitted in some of our cabins. Puppies up to 15 months old are not permitted in any of our cabins. Sorry absolutely no cats! Dogs must be friendly, housebroken and de-flead.
There is a $50.00 non-refundable fee, per pet, per stay, in our pet friendly cabins Fox, Squirrel, Bear & Raccoon.
We do make exceptions for pets in Deer Lodge, however the pet fee changes to $75.00 because this cabin is 2 levels and our deluxe cabin.
Please remember you are responsible for any damage, clean up for any accident your pet might have inside the cabin, repairs or fumigation for fleas.
We ask that when you are not at the cabin, you take your pet with you whenever possible. If your pet is of the barking kind and you must leave it behind, please leave it indoors, preferable crated, and the windows closed. Also, if you are unsure of your pets behavior in and unfamiliar environment, please crate them to make them feel safe and to prevent damage in the cabin. Please do not leave your pet unattended outdoors, as we have other guests who might be afraid of your pet, plus if your pet is aggressive we would not want them getting into our barnyard meadow where there are other animals.
Please clean up after your pet outside so there are no droppings in the walkway areas or driveways. Please bring bedding, crates or equipment essential for your pets safety. Please try to keep your pets off of the furniture, however if your pet is small, you may want to bring a sheet or cover for the furniture. Because the fiberglass shower/bathtub units are easily scratched, pets must NOT be bathed in the showers/bathtubs. The cabins are located on dirt roads so it is suggested that guests bring several old bath towels to wipe the pets paws after walking outside.
